A. Disclaimer
1. The fee paid to Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. entitles the user
only for one time Resume blasting. Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. is in
the business of resume logistics only & neither guarantees nor offers any
warranty on job or interview. Turnaround Management & Placement assumes no
responsibility whatsoever in respect thereof.
2. It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the individual to
check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the
resume being blasted by Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. for going out
of station or in station for any job interview and Turnaround Management &
Placement assumes no responsibility whatsoever in respect thereof.
3. The user shall have no right to demand any information regarding the
organizations/ placement firm to whom the resume has been sent and Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd.
would be in no legal or other obligation to
disclose/reveal the particulars of the organizations. Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials
of the prospective organization/ placement firm which receives the
information and uses it to contact the prospective employee.
4. Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. will start providing services only
upon receipt of amount/charges upfront.
5. The liability, if any, of Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. is limited
to the extent of the amount paid by the user.
6. The Courts in Gurgaon, India alone shall be the sole
and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
